Whaley Bridge Mechanics Institute
Bakewell Town Hall is in the centre of town and at the heart of the community. Rooms are available for hire for meetings, clubs and community groups, business conferences, fayres, weddings, parties etc.

The Medway Centre
The Medway Centre is at New Street. Work started on its construction in 1998 and its official opening, by the Duchess of Devonshire was on 17th July 1999. The Medway offers a Main Hall, two large rooms, a small meeting room and a kitchen.
Friends Meeting House
The Bakewell Quakers Friends Meeting House can be found at Chapel Row, Matlock Street and offers three rooms with capacities of 10 to 50 people, a well equipped kitchen is also available.
